Grow Your Own Fresh Air
Ever wonder what are the best plants for your health? Green architecture activist Kamal Meattle shares the top three plants he thinks can make a big difference to your indoor air quality. And he should know! He designed the Paharpur Business Centre and Software Technology Incubator Park in New Delhi in 1990 to feature an air-cleaning system that involves huge numbers of plants (over 1200 of them) instead of HVAC equipment.
