The Gothenburg Recommendations for Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) are now available for downloading. The recommendations were developed at a workshop organised by Chalmers and Gothenburg University, with support from the Swedish National Commission for UNESCO, the Swedish Ministry for Education and Research and SWEDESD, Some fifty experts on ESD and policy-makers from around the world participated. The recommendations is one of Sweden's inputs to the UNESCO World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development held in Bonn 31 March-2 April 2009.
